Woodfield House, Oylgate, has become a firm favourite with children and staff alike in Scoil Naomh Áine. Junior and Senior Infants went there last Friday on their school tour. Some new additions to the activities included the children making their own stone boundaries and driveways to little houses and watering the vegetables. They loved Mrs Flower's stories and blowing giant bubbles. Milking the cows was great fun and they tried to outdo each other building the highest tower made from turf. They learnt how to make butter the old fashioned way and tasted it then on bread. The highlight was the wet sponge throwing competition.
